Account access
For login or account problems, email support from the address connected to your BuckFinder account. Never send your password.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed by Apple. You can review or cancel an Apple subscription in your device's subscription settings. If BuckFinder does not recognize an active purchase, contact us with the email connected to your account and a non-sensitive copy of the purchase receipt or transaction reference.
Location and map problems
Confirm that location permission is enabled for BuckFinder and that your device has a clear GPS signal. Map boundaries and access information are decision-support tools; always confirm current regulations, posted signs, property boundaries, closures, and landowner permission before hunting.
Offline maps
Download an offline area before leaving cellular or Wi-Fi coverage. Keep BuckFinder open until the download finishes. Large areas may require more storage and time.
Non-Crown parcel corrections
Open the parcel, scroll to Technical Information, copy the Parcel ID, and include it in your message. Describe whether the issue involves the boundary, hunting recommendation, owner information, source link, or another field.
Notifications
Notification categories can be changed in the BuckFinder Profile screen. If notifications are blocked at the operating-system level, tap the Push Notifications row or open your device settings and enable notifications for BuckFinder.
Delete your account
Use Profile → Delete Account inside BuckFinder. You can also email buckfinderai@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.

BuckFinder does not guarantee legal access, property boundaries, wildlife presence, weather conditions, or hunting success. Regulations, closures, land status, and local bylaws can change. Hunters remain responsible for confirming the law, obtaining permission, respecting posted signs and boundaries, and making safe decisions in the field.
